Steel
A typical commercial roof on a steel deck often consists of several layers including vapor barriers, insulation boards, cover boards and membrane attachment, designed to provide durability, weatherproofing, and insulation. The steel deck forms the base of the roof system, providing support for the roof components. It’s typically made of steel and comes in various thicknesses and profiles.
